These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and our interior design studio services, including residential projects, commercial and retail spaces, and hospitality and wellness design.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
We provide professional interior design studio services, including but not limited to:
Space planning and concept development for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects; 3D rendering and visualization; material curation, moodboards, and custom joinery and furniture design; technical drawing packages and MEP coordination; and complete turnkey interior fit-out, including contractor oversight and quality checks.
The specific scope of services for any project will be defined in a separate proposal or service agreement agreed between us and the client.
Each project begins with an initial consultation and, where applicable, a site visit to assess the property and understand the client’s vision, requirements, and budget. The scope of work, deliverables, fees, and timeline will be set out in a proposal, quotation, or service agreement, which forms part of these Terms once accepted by both parties.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any project at our discretion.
Fees for our services will be communicated in advance via a quotation or proposal and may be structured as a fixed fee, milestone-based payment schedule, or percentage-based fee, as agreed in the relevant service agreement.
Late payments may result in suspension of services, including design work, procurement, and contractor coordination, until outstanding amounts are settled. All fees are exclusive of applicable UAE VAT unless stated otherwise.
The client agrees to review and provide timely approvals or feedback on design concepts, moodboards, 3D renders, and material selections to avoid delays to the project.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property, budget, and requirements, and for obtaining any necessary approvals, permits, or authorizations from relevant authorities, landlords, developers, or building management where required.
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed approvals, feedback, or information from the client.
Any changes requested by the client after a design concept, drawing, or specification has been approved may incur additional fees and may affect the project timeline. We will notify the client of any such impact before proceeding with the change.
Where we coordinate with or recommend contractors, tradespeople, or suppliers, we are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, workmanship, or conduct of any third party engaged by the client. Any contracts for construction, supply, manufacturing, or installation are between the client and the relevant third party.
Procurement timelines, particularly for international or custom-sourced materials and furniture, are subject to supplier lead times, shipping, and customs clearance, which are outside our control.
Where our scope includes coordination with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, or other relevant authorities, we will act on the client’s behalf based on information and documentation provided by the client. We do not guarantee approval timelines, as these are determined by the relevant authorities.
Where applicable, we provide a post-completion warranty period to address minor snags or adjustments. The duration and scope of this warranty will be specified in the relevant service agreement and excludes damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or work carried out by third parties after handover.
All design concepts, drawings, 3D visualizations, moodboards, specifications, and other materials produced by us during a project remain our intellectual property until full payment of all fees due has been received, at which point usage rights will be granted as specified in the relevant service agreement.
Our website content, including text, images, logos, portfolio images, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of property value, or construction-related losses, arising from our design services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Our services involve professional design and technical judgment; we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including project timelines achieved by third-party contractors, regulatory approval timelines, or the final quality of construction or installation work carried out by other parties.
Where our services involve site visits, the client and/or main contractor is responsible for ensuring the site is safe and accessible, and complies with applicable health and safety regulations. We accept no liability for accidents, injuries, or damage occurring on-site that are not directly caused by our negligence.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, financial, or personal information shared during the course of a project, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to perform the services (e.g., sharing specifications with contractors, suppliers, or relevant authorities).
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to feature completed projects, including photographs, renders, and general descriptions, in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials.
Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the notice period specified in the relevant service agreement. Fees for work completed and costs incurred up to the date of termination, including any committed procurement orders, remain payable.
We reserve the right to terminate a project immediately if the client breaches these Terms, fails to make payment, or engages in conduct that is abusive, illegal, or unsafe.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with other users’ access.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, including project examples, statistics, and testimonials, but do not guarantee that all content is free of errors. Market data and figures referenced on this website are provided for general informational purposes and may change over time.
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, including information submitted through our contact forms and consultation requests.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
